Jean-Louis Missika about Fluctuart…

« Rich in its architectural, artistic and cultural heritage, the capital is transformed and evolves with its time through innovative projects.

“Réinventer la Seine”, was the challenge in the call for projects won by Fluctuart. The Seine is today enriched, on its banks left bank, by the first floating urban art centre. Fluctuart will welcome Parisians, Francilians, French and tourists, to share this open and daring artistic movement with the greatest number, establishing itself as a place of exchanges and encounters.

Designed by the architecture agency Seine Design, this floating building is light and adapted to the landscape of the Seine. It will perfectly complement the promenade of the banks of the Seine which has been open to pedestrians and soft mobility.

Urban art is alive, it inspires us, confronts us, stimulates us, unites us. It is inscribed everywhere, on the walls of our cities, and today defies the waves, in the very heart of Paris.

 Fluctuat nec mergitur ! »
