ABOUT THE BOOK

When urban art becomes small to better surprise us! Far from the monumental frescoes, which for several years now have been imposing themselves in cities and festivals all over the world, small-scale works of art are now taking centre stage in all street art disciplines. Glued paper, mosaics, stencils, volumes, installations… no category escapes the phenomenon. Playful, humorous, militant, sometimes irreverent, often playing with the context in which they are placed, these somewhat confidential productions require attention. This book presents about fifty of these French and foreign artists who have chosen the mini format for its ease of installation but also, and above all, for the great freedom of expression it allows.
