From November 15 to December 12, 2021, the Desperados Foundation for Urban Art is renewing its IMPRESSIONS PARTAGÉES project for a second season. In collaboration with 4 associations that bring urban art to life in the regions, the Foundation supports the work of 16 emerging urban artists from 4 French cities, inviting them to create an original work, silk-screened in around 60 copies that will be offered to the general public.
In keeping with its mission to support the creative arts, and following the success of its first edition, the Fondation Desperados pour l'Art Urbain is once again presenting IMPRESSIONS PARTAGÉES this autumn: a singular project highlighting the vitality of urban art, its multi-disciplinary nature, its local roots throughout France, its key players and its new generation of talented artists.
This year, the Foundation has joined forces with 4 associations that bring urban art to life in the regions, notably by organizing events for the general public. Together, they have selected 4 emerging artists in each of the following 4 cities: Lille, Besançon, Grenoble and Toulouse. The 16 artists were given carte blanche to create an original work, to be printed in an edition of around sixty numbered and signed copies. In a spirit of generosity and sharing dear to the milieu, the 1,000 serigraphs will be distributed free of charge to the general public. Between November 15 and December 12, 2021, the French will have the chance to win one of the IMPRESSIONS PARTAGÉES screenprints on the Foundation's website, via an online reservation module (subject to availability).
