Linking art, people and the river is the commitment we have made to the City of Paris and Haropa Port as part of the “Reinventing the Seine” call for projects.

Our mission is to give life to a place devoted to urban art, free and open to all, free of any commercial or financial relationship: no cost of access to exhibitions, visits or workshops; no public subsidies and no sale of works of art.

Circularity is at the heart of our business model: the profits from our bar, restaurant and events activities directly fund the public interest mission of supporting artistic creation and introducing people to the practices and values of urban art.

By its very nature, urban art is engaging, free because it’s visible to everyone, dynamic because it’s ephemeral, often exhibited outdoors and therefore fragile. Fluctuart has been conceived as a place where this movement can meet and express itself, to the rhythm of the natural elements, the seasons and the movements of the water.

Together with the artists who put their trust in us and the wonderful team who run Fluctuart, we want to do our bit to tackle today’s social and environmental challenges.

As a place of welcome, encounter and celebration, we endorse the messages of the works we exhibit, we set targets for reducing the impact of our activities, and we invite our visitors and customers to join this collective movement.

Connecting art, people and nature is what we are committed to as a company with a mission.
